We may reciprocate from our links page which is fully indexed and ranked by Google if you meet the following criteria:

1. Your link page is located on the second tier or a directory off of the root URL.  That is, the link to your page is like this http://www.yoursite.com/links.html.
2. Your Google Page Rank for your links page where our link will be placed is 1 (one) or higher.
3. Your robots.txt file does not disallow the crawlers to index your links page.
4. Your links page is written in .php, .html, or .asp.  We will not consider linking to sites whose links pages are written in Flash or Java.
5. A human visitor can visit the links page by finding the link on your home page or root directory.
6. Your ranked links page has no more than 29 external links on it.

We are a "white hat" company.  That is, we don't try to trick or fool search engines into ranking us and will do everything in our power not to link to companies or websites that participate in "black hat" techniques.
